Cancellation Notification

I run a small business and rely upon attendance as agreed for my income. Whilst I am aware that life can mean occasionally clients can't make their agreed appointments I must insist that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given in order for me to find a client who is able to attend at short notice. Should cancellations occur inside the 24 hours prior to the agreed appointment I may ask for full payment of the groom if  I cannot fill the vacant grooming slot.

Dogs with Fleas

I cannot accept dogs with fleas. Fleas on the premises can transfer to other animals and create further issues which could affect my business credentials and other dogs’ health. If you have an appointment and discover your dog has fleas, please contact me immediately. I will rearrange your appointment & have an opportunity to fill the gap with a customer. Full price will be charged for late notification (24 hours or less) or on the day shows for those animals with Flea infestation.
